About The Role:

As a CBRE Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing graphic design materials to support a multifamily and land brokerage team. You will work closely with the senior designer and graphic designer to create pitches and offering materials for multifamily properties, as well as promotional materials for the brokerage team. This job is part of the Graphic Design job function. They are responsible for developing creative that aligns with the organization's image, identity, and brands.

What You'll Do:

Design marketing materials including presentations, flyers, multi-page offering memoranda, email blasts, amenity maps, and market reports. The designer will work primarily in Adobe InDesign, using Photoshop and Illustrator for support.

Follow established file organization and formatting practices of the existing design team. Use paragraph, character, and cell styles, parent pages, and other InDesign features to ensure seamless handoff to fellow designers.

Work within properties' existing branding when producing offering materials and design logos and custom color palettes for properties without existing branding. Build and update professional, team, and property profiles.

Prepare and provide creative drafts and samples to clients and management for review as well as participate in quality control of all team output.

Collaborate with clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Positive attitude and willingness to accept constructive feedback from teammates as you build your design skillset.

Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Graphic Designer position is $26.44 per hour and the maximum salary for the Graphic Designer position is $33.65 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.​
