About the RoleAs the Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing, you will be responsible for creating thoughtful and impactful marketing initiatives across Old Navy’s fleet of stores. From strategy and planning to implementation and analysis, you’ll have a hand in a range of exciting work — from packaging, to new store openings, to signage, to windows, and more. This role is highly collaborative and requires seasoned expertise as a pivotal member of our omni channel marketing team.What You'll Do

Develop and execute innovative seasonal retail marketing strategies across several channels and programsEnsure commercial plan & big seasonal brand and product ideas are powerfully brought to life across the store fleet with goal of driving store awareness and trafficPartner closely with Visual Merchandising and Retail Design to develop strategic, compelling and cohesive window and in-store presentations/experiences that clearly communicate key seasonal brand and product ideasOwn briefing and collaborating with retail creative partners to develop store-specific marketing/creative that is on brand, meets messaging objectives and delivers impactOversee new store opening marketing strategy and execution, continuously looking for better ways to grow awareness of and drive traffic to our new storesPartner with our field teams to provide strategic guidance, tools, templates and best practices around store awareness and traffic driving programsOversee management of retail marketing budget, in partnership with creative productionOwnership of additional brand marketing priorities / special projects as neededWho You Are

6-8 years brand marketing strategy, planning and communications experience with fashion/apparel, consumer brand and/or marketing agencyDeep knowledge of retail marketing, with an understanding of the dynamics of physical stores and what it takes to create an impact with customersExperience bringing omni marketing plans to life in retail environmentsStrong leadership skills; highly collaborative and able to form effective cross functional partnerships across teams, including marketing, creative, visual merchandising, store design, field teamsStrong promotional/traffic-driving ideation/concepting skills
