As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping design culture at Explo and ensuring we build a beautiful, usable product that creates impact for our customers.
Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.What you will do:End-to-end product design: user research, ideation, prototyping, high fidelity mocking, and hand-off / iteration.Gathering input from and collaborating with all functions in the organization to ensure we are building the right products, from PMs to engineers to sales to customer success.Establishing design culture and best practices from the ground up.Talking with users during all phases of the product development life cycle - from early user research in the ideation phase to feedback conversations after projects have been launched.Iteratively improving our product’s usability and delightfulness.Shipping valuable and high-quality work without sacrificing speed.What are we looking for?3+ years experience as a product designerInterest or experience in designing data-heavy interfaces and no-code experiencesExperience collaborating closely with product and engineeringA deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative design processProficiency with Figma, NotionAbout Explo:Explo makes it easy for companies to build customer-facing dashboards, replacing the need for a full-fledged analytics team.
