Our Trust Center enables Security and Sales teams to proactively share and automate access to security, compliance, and privacy information. With SafeBase, organizations avoid redundant questionnaires, build customer trust, and close deals faster.You will make an impact by designing end-to-end flows and user experiences that are intuitive and delightful. You will collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to take features from conception to launch.The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and previous experience as an early joiner in a technology startup or evidence that they are scrappy with a "get-it-done" attitude. You thrive in an ambiguous environment and have a commitment to caring deeply about our customers, our business, the industry, and development in regulations that affect us.How you'll make an impact:Design and own end-to-end flows and user experiences that are intuitive and delightfulLead multiple streams of initiatives and work on iterations to quickly deliver impact and continuously innovateCrave healthy feedback loops to deliver comprehensive solutionsCollaborate closely with design, product, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to take features from conception to deliveryMake informed design decisions by conducting user research and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviorsDefine and evangelize the SafeBase’s design systems, language, and cultureWe’re looking for someone who has:7+ years of experience in product design, delivering high quality designs that improve the customers' experience and achieve business goalsStrong storytelling and communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions, leveraging user research and dataAbility to work with, prioritize across, and align many project groupsExperience creating and iterating on design systemsEmphasis on interaction design in your prototypesFluent in systems such as Figma and NotionExperience working in B2B SaaS companySalary Range: 175,000 - 205,000Job descriptions are just a description.
