The Sr. Mgr, Womens Brand Creative Production NA is part of Brand Planning & Operations and partners closely with the Women’s Brand Creative team, as well as Brand Marketing, Planning, Digital, Retail, and Experiences, to bring to life campaigns and projects that connect athletes to the future of sport and make athletes' dreams real, by leveraging Global Brand and Retail standards to create best in class content and consumer experiences.As part of the North America Brand Marketing (NABM) organization, your team works cross-functionally to activate marketing programs that propel the brand and the business into the future. You are responsible for bringing organization, clarity, and process excellence to deliver maximum consumer impact. You will enable this by creating the time and space required for the organizational brilliance through scalable approaches and aligned strategic process to support the full marketing organization, driving accountability in planning, timing, and finance. As a team leader you will embrace creativity, collaboration, and innovation as we deliver against elevated brand standards to meet our consumers’ needs where they are. Your combined, end-to-end team will provide the organizational capability and uphold the operational rigor needed to drive marketing excellence.Who we are looking forWe’re looking for a candidate with deep expertise in the world of creative content and experiential production. This candidate is a strategic problem-solver who knows how to influence & drive teams in the organization to follow an end-to-end process across Nike’s matrixed structure. In this role, thought leadership, collaboration, and clear communications are key. It is critical to be curious, analytical, and have attention to detail as well as to drive a process that will result in decision-making when the priorities and processes are made clear. This person thinks holistically and has a deep understanding of how to build a better process and then bring people along to follow that workflow. They have a strong desire to lead and evolve the way we work to truly shape the brand for the consumer.What you will work onEnd-To-End creative production workflow: Establish a process that supports the work of creative production across digital and physical storytelling as well as between Global, Geo, and City.Collaboration with Creative & Brand teams: In order to establish a successful E2E process, partner collaboration is vital. This candidate successfully navigates relationships with day-to-day partners in brand & creative.People Management: This candidate is a successful team leader for implementation of seasonal and annual workstreams as well as coach for long-term personal growth and career objectives.Streamline & Automate: Construct new ways of working & establish new protocols on the role of creative production & creative within North America.Establish renewed relationships with brand & business partners: Ensure that we have healthy relationships and communication between NA & Global brand & business partners, with information raised to leadership for decision-making.Establishment of Standardization: Whether it be through tools, partners, or process, how do we establish more standardization across NABC and NABM teams to guarantee visibility and understanding on our operating model.Who you will work withYou will report to the Director of Creative Planning & Operations, North America. You will work closely with all operational and production teams including Consumer Planning and Ops, Digital & Integrated Media, as well as NA & Global Brand Creative teams. You will also work closely in your day-to-day role with the Sr Creative Director of Women’s and the Creative Directors of Running, Fitness, and Lifestyle, NA. You will partner with all teams in North America Brand Marketing and in key cities to ensure that the improvements we deliver accelerate our ability to achieve our business goals.What you bringBachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience working within a marketing organization.Deep knowledge of production landscapes, both within the digital and experiential spaces.Ability to streamline and optimize complex processes.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and problem solve situations in an efficient manner, including concepting and delivering presentations on complex business issues required.Strong time management and project management skills, keeping projects on track, raising awareness where issues may arise and bringing solutions to the table, while keeping high attention to detail.Strong analytical skills, dedication to support internal teams, and proven ability to manage expectations.High level of motivation and energy, hard-working, driven, takes initiative and self-motivated with the ability to successfully deliver tangible results.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment, with a diverse group of individuals and talents; collaboration skills a must.Possesses an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude towards change, while remaining flexible and tolerant to ambiguity.Proven track record of working highly-collaboratively and cross-functionally, investing in relationships across diverse brand, creative, business, and technical teams.Passion for Nike’s mission to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world.NIKE, Inc. to firma skupiona na rozwoju, której zależy również na rozwoju pracowników.
