Join a team of proven leaders who have already created billions of dollars in value in the financial technology space.The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the DTC, B2B, and B2B2C Lifecycle journeys of our borrowers and loan officers. The role will focus primarily on Figure’s DTC HELOC product & Figure Private Label lending businesses. We’re looking for someone with a passion for Email and SMS marketing who can own the channels and drive strategy and optimization. You should be a self-starter, have a strong attention to detail, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for reporting and driving measurable results.What You'll Do

Build and maintain data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, product engagement, and cross-sell as needed.Gain a deep understanding of our customer journeys and value propositions.Work and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and external partners).Maintain operational excellence and clear/concise naming conventions and documentation for reporting purposes.Understand technical concepts enough to communicate requirements to technical teams.Experience with HTML and/or Liquid code.Test and iterate on existing sequences to improve progression, and conversion, and ultimately grow revenue.Proofread and ensure content meets brand and compliance guidelines when delivering assets, in a smooth and timely manner.Ensure that all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.Excel in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable meeting tight deadlines.Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to pivot based on data and optimize toward KPIs.What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in email marketing, SMS, and/or marketing automation broadly.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Understanding of advanced segmentation, databases, and logic.Expert with Braze, or other marketing automation tool and strong understanding of HTML.Proven experience managing A/B tests and optimizing email campaigns.Experience in Financial Services is a plus.Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Benefits and Perks
