Position Summary:



The Marketing Analyst is an exceptional, data-driven analyst with expertise across all digital marketing channels. This candidate has strong experience with Ecommerce, Paid Media, CRM, omni-channel interactions, customer data and segmentation, customer journey (acquisition through retention and win-back), and cross-functional collaboration. This role will assist the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, in setting the goals around DTC and customer analytics, conducting in-depth analysis and insights, and reporting key findings across the organization. This position will partner with the Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Success, Stores, and Ecommerce Teams to develop a coordinated, customer-centric analytical approach based on data and insights.



Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:




  • Conduct analytics and derive insights for DTC, including end-to-end measurement across Paid media (Search, Social, Display), Owned Media (EM, SMS. Website) and Earned Media (SEO). Develop, execute, and analyze A/B testing for continuous improvement.

  • Conduct analytics on website conversion rate optimization (CRO) and improve conversion rates based on data and analytics.

  • Lead test design for segmentation and personalization activities across the customer journey. Partner with DTC and Marketing Teams to ensure test design and campaign set up matches the integrity of the desired learning objective.

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to develop insights and recommendations based on current and future customer and campaign data, particularly for DTC as well as B2B businesses, to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Proactively identify current gaps in digital marketing data as well as opportunities to streamline data accessibility and reporting via automation. Regularly audit tracking and technical setup to ensure data accuracy.

  • Develop data visualizations to portray trends and deliver insights about the DTC business and existing customer base.

  • Establish and maintain reporting and dashboards that include tracking of KPIs across various digital properties, marketing channels, and customer segments.

  • Develop leadership presentations on the state of our business and customers, as well as recommendations based on insights. Ability to succinctly communicate complex data insights to internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional partners to quickly action findings.

  • Present a deep-dive analysis into a campaign's performance to understand which customer segments it was most impactful with and quantify the business result.

  • Other duties as necessary.



Qualifications and Skills Required:




  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing analyst role, specifically focused on CRM, Paid Media, and Ecommerce; financial analyst experience a plus

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and metrics

  • Solid experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).

  • Strong experience with Google Analytics to provide insights into website traffic, conversion, user behavior, website behavior, and other metrics

  • Analytical prowess with proven ability to derive insights that create actionable initiatives

  • Expert in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including spreadsheet creation, editing, and exporting to other applications utilizing macros and pivot tables

  • Understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies and the ability to design end-to-end experiments

  • Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) experience a plus

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings concisely

  • Ability to develop clear presentations; effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated success in multitasking and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter who requires minimal guidance. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills. Highly accurate with numbers and analysis

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and writing skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset

  • Strong project management experience; have solid organization and prioritization skills

Education Required:




  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or business; MBA a plus

  • 3+ Years of experience in a related field and/or position
