The Marketing & Proposal Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, crafting persuasive proposals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth and enhance the company's market presence.Key Responsibilities:Craft compelling proposals that clearly convey the company's value proposition and meet client requirements.Design and execute creative marketing campaigns to attract leads, boost brand recognition, and support business expansion.Provide guidance and support to junior team members in both proposal creation and marketing projects.Partner with the design team to create high-quality marketing materials that reflect the company's brand.Build and maintain strong relationships with client personnel to better understand their needs and discover new opportunities.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.Qualifications:Experience in the construction industry is required.Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.Proficiency in proposal writing.Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Creative and strategic thinker.
