We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated eCommerce Marketing Specialist with expertise in Amazon for an end client. The ideal candidate will expand brand awareness and grow sales for the company's various Amazon channels. A genuine interest in digital commerce and marketing, along with proven experience as an Amazon Marketing Specialist, is essential. People come for a fresh job experience and stay because they discover a dynamic, innovative, and challenging career path.Responsibilities:Audit and maintain product listings, support buyer messaging, manage cases, returns, orders, and general account health.Ideate, implement, and analyze the best online marketing strategies through product detail page execution, digital merchandising, and brand-specific content initiatives.Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, discounts, video, display advertising, and insight-driven reporting.Create, monitor, and report on digital ad campaigns to meet company targets.Optimize budgets and spending according to social media ad performance.Liaise between sales, marketing, and the account to effectively execute retailer-specific merchandising and promotional initiatives.Analyze data to optimize performance and improve conversion rates, open percentages, and other key metrics.Provide high-quality performance reports to supervisors.Make recommendations to continually improve performance by analyzing internal results, competitive data, and industry trends.Document clearly defined action steps and recommendations.Requirements:Proven work experience as an Amazon Marketing Specialist.A bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant work experience.Hands-on experience with e-commerce or online marketplaces.Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and paid advertising experience (PPC).Digital marketing experience, including the ability to conceptualize and create graphics (video editing skills are a plus).Advanced Excel knowledge and skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively.Skills and Expertise:E-commerce:

Minimum of three years of professional experience managing and developing a commercial company's e-commerce shop with documented superior results. Preferably with an excellent understanding of and experience with Amazon.Amazon:

Minimum of three years of professional experience working with consumer products within Amazon's ecosystem. Exceptional understanding of funnel strategies, keyword optimization, content and pricing optimization, ad tactics, and search within Amazon. Experience with other third-party online ecosystems is also beneficial.Paid Search Proficiency:

Excellent proficiency in paid search within Amazon advertising portal as well as external analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Google Shop.Social Media:

Proficiency in using social media to build brand awareness and drive traffic.SEO:

Proficiency in SEO, including content creation, external and internal links, and technical SEO (page experience, tracking, sitemaps, robots.txt, etc.).We're looking for an in-house expert on all things Amazon who can grow the Amazon business and eventually take over other online channels.
