Job Title Marketing Automation and Campaign ManagerLocation: Hybrid - Seattle, WALength of Assignment: 11 monthsPay: $48.97 to $54.41 an hour/ DOEResponsibilities/Duties:Provide governance over email and push channel WWAnalyze and report on US email and push campaign performanceBuild US email and push campaignsQA US email and push campaignsDevelop and execute targeting strategy for email and push campaignsManage calendar optimizations and re-sends of performant campaigns to maximize send volumeBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, push, on-device/mobile, and/or displayMust be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior managementBA/BS requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience managing large scale email/push marketing programsExperience with A/B or multivariate testingExperience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting1+ years experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.Proficiency with analytics toolsHave relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail.Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for actionProven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environmentThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.97 to $54.41 an hour.
