Mechanical Designer

Job Title: Mechanical DesignerJob Summary: As a Mechanical Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative mechanical systems and components for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions that meet customer requirements while adhering to industry standards and best practices. Your expertise in mechanical design and problem-solving will contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our customers.Responsibilities:Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.Design mechanical systems and components using CAD software, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Create detailed technical drawings, models, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes.Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to evaluate the performance, cost, and reliability of mechanical designs.Perform calculations, simulations, and testing to validate and optimize designs.Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs with other systems.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical design.Support the manufacturing and assembly processes by providing guidance and resolving design-related issues.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Proven experience as a Mechanical Designer or similar role.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant design tools.Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical design.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with pneumatic systems and automation is a plus.Note: This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position and is not an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with it.
