Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all content produced.Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, plan content calendars, and support various marketing initiatives.Editing and Proofreading:
Review and edit content to ensure it aligns with our brand voice, is error-free, and meets high-quality standards.Qualifications:Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Writing Skills:
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.Knowledge of Industry:
Basic understanding of hard money lending, real estate investment, etc. is helpful but not required.Creativity:
Ability to generate creative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS).Portfolio:
