:

Responsible for assisting the marketing team with various in-office and client events as well as help drive short-term and long-term departmental goals.Essential Duties:

- Assist with in-person client experience to support coordination of corporate events from planning stages to execution

- Support and coordinate Boland classes and sponsored events

- Organizing, stocking, tidying up eating areas on event days

- Provide administrative support when needed

- Back-up support to Front Desk

- Additional duties as requested or requiredRequirements:

- Currently pursuing a college degree, preferred in marketing, public relations, communications, English, or other related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

- Attention to detail, strong organization skills, solutions oriented, self-motivated

- Experience with event planning is a plus

- Available to work 10-15 hours per week, including on ThursdaysWe offer:
