Search Engine Marketing Specialist

This Is What You’ll Do:

Lead the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the organization's website with over 7 million site visitors to ensure it meets industry standards and provides an excellent user experience.

Develop and implement SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO improvements, and keyword research to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

Work towards organic optimization and ROI maximization, including identifying key SEO KPIs such as redirects, click rates, bounce rates, etc.

Communicate complex analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting and Microsoft Power BI visualization dashboards, including demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, and strategic KPIs.

Utilize data analytics tools to track website performance, generate insights, and identify areas for improvement, both in terms of website functionality and SEO.

Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, display, paid social media, and SEM, to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align marketing efforts and objectives. Work with creative and marketing agency to test strategies and innovation.

Work closely with the analytics team to measure the success of SEO efforts and marketing campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and recommend strategies for improvement.

Implement testing (A / B and Champion / Challenger) and continuous monitoring to optimize website and marketing campaign performance.

Create and edit SQL queries to extract and transform data for analysis.

Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA) across all channels.

Present performance reports and insights to senior leadership and department leaders.

This Is What It Takes:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field required.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in website maintenance and optimization, SEO, SEM, and/or performance marketing required.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in web and SEO analytics.

Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics required.

Proven track record of improving website visibility, organic search rankings, and campaign performance.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing concepts required.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEO software, and Microsoft Power BI.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
