We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis to help elevate our brand's presence and engagement online.Job Description:Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.Create and curate engaging content tailored to our target audience, including text, images, and videos.Schedule and publish posts consistently, ensuring alignment with our marketing calendar and campaign objectives.Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and interactions; respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and content.Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and company goals.Coordinate with influencers to develop and manage partnerships, including negotiating terms and tracking campaign performance.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.Requirements:Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Familiarity with social media management tool Sproutsocial is a plus.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Hours:20 hours per week.the work hours are from 9:00am to 1:00pm on-site.
