We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, process improvement, and change management. They should be creative, data-driven, and passionate about marketing products and brands, thriving in a high-volume environment that requires coordination across teams and channels.

Responsibilities

Technology Adoption and Optimization:

Manage the onboarding and implementation of marketing operations technologies, including Workfront, JIRA, and Adobe Assets (DAM).Facilitate change management initiatives and provide comprehensive training and development to ensure continuous optimization and improvement.Identify and implement opportunities to enhance marketing operation efficiencies and streamline processes.Develop and maintain reports on marketing operations performance. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.Project Management:

Oversee campaign management, ensuring the organization of internal documents, reports, and creative assets to streamline workflows.Oversee project planning and management to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and according to client specifications.Manage project resources and activities, including task and resource planning, project reporting, issue and risk identification, cost estimation, and documentation.Production Management:

Oversee the entire print production process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely output.Manage production schedules, coordinate with vendors, and ensure all projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with print vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement of materials.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited college. In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.6+ years of relevant work experience in marketing operations for a business with national locations.Proven skills in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.Experience working in an agile environment or with agile methodologies.Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills.Polished communication skills with the ability to engage in conversations with leadership effectively.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, staff, regulatory agencies, vendors, and other members of the business community.Highly detail-oriented, process-focused, proactive, ambitious, and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Demonstrates an organized and systematic approach in carrying out assignments.Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.Strong time management and multitasking skills while working under tight time constraints.Ability to manage well in a fast-paced and evolving marketing department.Benefits
