Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator within the B2B Healthcare/Industry Sciences Center of Excellence, you'll be at the forefront of driving our brand's success. Your role is pivotal in boosting brand awareness, engaging our audience, increasing registrations, and ultimately enhancing sales. We're seeking a creative, organized, and analytically minded individual to help implement and fine-tune our marketing strategies across multiple channels.

The Marketing Coordinator will also assist the marketing team in developing, coordinating, and implementing multiple touchpoint lead generation programs. This position will also oversee the analysis and reporting of campaign results and use those metrics to create recommendations that constantly optimize and improve campaigns, and will work closely with the marketing, project management, editorial, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Implement marketing tactics to support event marketing, lead generation, and brand campaignsSupport marketing plan development in collaboration with key stakeholdersDevelop and thoroughly proofread copy for promotional materials including but not limited to event registration websites, emails, social media posts, flyers, banners, website pop-ups, and print piecesCoordinate promotional efforts with other members of the marketing team to ensure coverage for all activitiesEstablish and maintain timelines for marketing plansTrack, monitor, report on, and course correct marketing activities using insights gained from data analysisGain situational awareness of the B2B healthcare audience and the competitive environment to inform decision makingWork collaboratively across internal departments to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business goalsRegularly review performance of campaigns with direct report, project management and salesWork closely with project management and editorial to ensure the correct content is being created to deliver maximum impact.Continually analyze metrics to maximize conversion and increase user engagement in the short and long term.Incorporate testing plans into all phases of promotion plans and use results to inform future promotional plans.Qualifications, Characteristics, & Skillset

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, marketing research, statistics or a related field or equivalent professional experienceExcellent critical thinking skillsExceptional organizational and follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to see short-term and long-term assignments through to completionRepeatable adherence to deadlinesFocus on every detail, large and smallGenuine service-focused orientationAbility to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a teamOptimistic, innovative, trusting, persuasive, and collaborative work approachOrganized, creative, and efficient in day-to-day activitiesConfident with taking informed risksComfortable with Microsoft products (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)Knowledge of and experience with the following programs is a plus but not required: Cvent, Digioh, Google Analytics, Global Meet, HubSpot, Adobe, Tableau, Hootsuite, SimpleTexting, Workfront, Workday
