Catalyx is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to fill a newly created position

Location:

Preference for North America; candidates from Ireland, UK, or Belgium also considered.

The Role:

Catalyx is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This newly created position will be pivotal in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support overall business objectives. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will also work closely with our wider marketing team and the Inside Sales Lead Generation Manager to ensure alignment between digital marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:

Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and integrate with lead generation efforts managed by the Inside Sales Lead Generation Manager.Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, webinars, and display advertising, to support lead generation and brand visibility.Content Development and Management:

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to create compelling, relevant content for digital platforms that aligns with lead generation objectives.Manage content distribution to online channels to increase brand awareness and drive targeted traffic.Website Management, Optimization and Performance:

Collaborate with the marketing team to manage and update website content, ensuring it remains relevant, compelling, and aligned with our brand messaging and marketing objectives.Oversee the optimization of landing pages with a focus on enhancing user experience, SEO, and conversion rates.Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions to improve lead conversion and overall digital marketing outcomes.Webinar Platform Management:

Own and manage our webinar platform, ensuring effective scheduling, hosting, and recording of engaging webinars.Work closely with the marketing team to drive webinar content, messaging, and promotion for maximum engagement and lead capture.Monitor webinar performance metrics, gather feedback, and analyze data to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our webinars.CRM Management:

Lead the management and optimization of the Marketing Segment of our CRM, ensuring accurate data collection, segmentation, and utilization.Collaborate with the Inside Sales Lead Generation Manager to customize CRM workflows and processes for effective lead management, nurturing, and conversion.Implement best practices for data hygiene and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.Campaign Monitoring and Analysis:

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance, improve conversion rates, and lower customer acquisition costs.Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the team.Implement new tools and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our digital marketing efforts.Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments across geographically dispersed locations to align digital marketing strategies with overall company goals and integrate with lead generation activities.Requirements

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of international data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and others relevant.Proven experience in global marketing of products and services related to robotics and vision automation, and/or the global Life Science and Consumer Product industries preferred.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other digital marketing tools preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) a plus.Location and Work Arrangement:

This is a remote role preferably based in North America. Candidates should be open to occasional travel as needed for meetings and events.
