AtlasIED is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Corporate Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to leverage the newest technologies, including generative AI, for corporate and B2B graphic design. This is a full-time position based in Phoenix, Arizona, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
Develop and produce high-quality graphic design materials for various corporate and B2B purposes, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, large format graphics (signage, tradeshows, etc), infographics, digital content, and more. Take on all facets of a project from concept to layout to final outputBrand Consistency:
Ensure all design work aligns with AtlasIED's brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. Adhere to standards and templates for collateral, if necessary.Technology Utilization:
Leverage the latest design technologies, including generative AI, to create innovative and effective visual content. Lite animation and 3D work is a plus.Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.Digital Marketing Support
: Retouch and manipulate images and photographs, as required. Prepare images for web as needed. Create graphics for social media marketing. Working with the web developer, support the graphic design/ layout of web pages (no programming or configuration needed), focusing on UX and trends in information consumption.Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve and innovate design processes.Software Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), to create and edit design materials. We also use Microsoft products such as Teams to aid in our internal communications and planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other standard graphic design software. Experience with generative AI tools is highly desirable.Creativity:
Strong creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and composition.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail, consistent proofing, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Time Management:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
