Job Description

U) The User Experience (UX) Graphic Designer role is to research, design, and present solutions to the product owner and development team for the purpose of guiding the development of a suite of Web, mobile applications.

Responsibilities include

analyzing customer needs in order to develop concepts/design objectives,

providing visual representations of ideas in a timely manner- may include quick turnaround presentation material for stakeholders,

determining the layout and color pallets of products and standardizing these items across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency,

developing wireframes and task flows based on user/Product Owner needs,

communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers,

collaborating with developers to create intuitive/user friendly software,

styling pages and forms to conform to standard style guides and procedures.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Strong written and communications skills are essential to success.

Must be comfortable facilitating discussions with end user representatives to determine requirements and preferences.

Must be able to collaborate and communicate and compromise to successfully design application interface within constraints of database and middleware constraints.

Must be comfortable presenting proposed design solutions to the customer.

(U) The position shall require a college degree in the design field (e.g. Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design) and/or 8 years of equivalent and relevant work experience.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
