Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a proposal graphics professional, supporting high-priority Government proposals within its Electronic Systems (ES) sector. This position is part of the Business Winning function within Business Development.
Major activities include collaborating with capture/proposal personnel to create technical style proposal and presentation concepts and products under deadline-driven timelines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support and collaborate with proposal teams through the proposal development process
Provide support to Business Winning on priority projects
Excel at visual storytelling and creative conceptualization, both in image creation and layout, with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and proposal deadlines while tracking progress toward completion
Collaborates and communicates consistently and easily with other creative and non-creative roles (designers, engineers, program managers)
Support proposal activities taking place within secure facilities on deadlines that may require extended work shifts
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Active DOD Secret clearance or higher
Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of graphic design
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and Adobe Acrobat
Adhere to corporate standards and brand guidelines
Willingness to work in-person in secure spaces
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years professional experience
APMP certification
Desktop publishing experience
Military mission knowledge
Photography experience
AI experience
Proficiency in online/virtual collaboration tools including Microsoft 365
Interactive PDF experience
Top Secret DoD Clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
