Their apps are used by millions of users, every day in multiple locations around the world.MEA are proud to offer ongoing learning and development opportunities. They will also be moving to a wonderful new office space in the City Centre of Hamilton come December 2024. This role is full time, Monday to Friday in the Hamilton office.The OpportunityMEA is at the forefront of innovation and in turn needs a Chief Marketing Officer to create and deliver on the overall digital strategy. This role is all about pushing MEA forward; their reach is infinite, and the opportunities are endless with a particular focus on the US consumer market.This is a unique proposition for a seasoned marketing professional with the tenacity to pave the way in digital customer acquisitions on a phenomenal scale, transforming the way our clients do business.You will leverage analytics and market insights to ensure marketing efforts are making a meaningful impact – for brand and revenue. Your relationship skills will open doors, create long-lasting partnerships, and ensure the continued market reach for which MEA has become renown.You will be revolutionary in trying things a new way and leaving traditional approaches behind you.About youWe are after a problem-solver who’s intrigued by puzzles and loves to approach workloads creatively. Above all else, you will contribute positively to MEA’s culture, bringing a mature and professional vibe to the team. As CMO, you will invest in the development of strategy that will produce results and maintain strong relationships with MEA Directors, SLT and international partners.We are looking for a candidate who offers international experience in retail and e-commerce, as 95% of MEA’s business is based out of the United States.
