Other duties may be assigned.● Fulfill ad-hoc affiliate marketing requests.● Analyze reporting, as well as partner insights, to recommend strategic improvements.● Manage communications between technical and creative teams.● Responsible for analyzing keywords, web traffic, and market trends to create data-based strategies.● Ensures the diversification of traffic sources and expands the firm’s current affiliate base.● Actively consult with key affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.● Communicates and negotiates with affiliate partners regarding campaign strategies and commission structures.● In charge of recruiting affiliates and tracking sales/activity from affiliate sites.● Consistently screen current and potential affiliates to ensure best practices.● Develops roadmap and goals for the Affiliate marketing program.● Takes lead on providing regular reporting on campaign performance.● Analyze reporting, affiliate insights, to recommend strategic improvements.● Recruiting and onboarding new affiliatesQualifications:● Very well organized● Good follow-up and follow through● Project management and managerial skills● Ability to analyze metrics, reports, and trends regarding consumers● In-depth knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing● Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices● High degree of analytical skills● Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.Education and/or Experience:● Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) from a 4-year university in Marketing● 5+ years of experience with record of success in affiliate marketing managementComputer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.What We Offer:● Medical, Dental, Vision and Pet Insurance● Company-paid Life Insurance and AD&D Coverage, Voluntary Life Insurance● Voluntary Hospital Plans● Short-term and Long-term Disability● Employee Assistance and Travel Assistance Programs● Health FSA and Dependent Care FSA● 401(k) with Company Match● Learning and Development ProgramsAbout J&M:Jacoby and Meyers was founded in 1972 with the intention of making the legal system more accessible to the average person.
