The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.The GTM Marketing team creates demand for Celonis at scale. We do this with programmatic campaigns consisting of a repository of global and field programs that fits the needs of each market, segment, and team, delivering integrated, account/industry/persona-centric customer journeys along the entire funnel. Alongside this, we continue to make our community of customers our best advocates and speakers via our customer communities. Included in the GTM Marketing team are Field Marketing, Global Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Advocacy, and Marketing Operations. The Role:

In this role, the field marketing specialist would be responsible for executing North America-wide marketing programs to create and accelerate pipeline within our target personas – Process Excellence, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, AI and more.

The work you’ll do:

Contribute to building the yearly North America persona marketing plan in collaboration with the senior field marketing team

Working closely with North America field marketing and sales leaders to understand business goals and drive execution of marketing programs thru all contributors: account executives, business development representatives, partners, digital marketing and global integrated marketing team

Execute marketing campaigns across a broad mix of tactics that achieve pipeline goals; including, but not limited to:

Evaluating and selecting key persona & regional events and roundtables for participation; owning the event strategy from creation to execution

Executing Celonis-hosted webinars and in-person events to reach prospects and customers, including writing & drafting email copy, registration page copy, & event logistics

Active relationships with marketing vendors for digital advertising, content syndication and lead purchase

Creating local customer programs and communities

Program and project management via Monday.com and other platforms

Collaborate with the global digital marketing team to execute campaigns via digital channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.)

Work in tandem with global integrated marketing to leverage and adapt global campaigns for North American market

Work with corporate marketing and go-to-market teams to plan and project mange our flagship 'City Collaborative’ event series to accelerate existing opportunities, generate new pipeline, and deepen our existing customer relationships.

Enable sales, BDR and partner teams on campaigns, key messages, and marketing programs

Report on marketing program performance and identify corrective actions needed to achieve marketing targets

Effectively spend marketing budget to drive new pipeline creation and accelerate pipeline and assess on an ongoing basis campaign effectiveness and ROI

The qualifications you need:

1-3 years business experience in marketing or demand generation roles

Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

Experience working with sales, partner teams, and value engineering teams to create and execute campaigns that drive pipeline

Knowledge of best practices in modern marketing: persona-centric demand generation, marketing automation, pipeline acceleration, demand generation funnel, etc.

Ability to prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines

Experience in Marketing Automation, Salesforce.com a bonus

Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful

Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas

Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with sales directors
