Based in Charleston, South Carolina, we are an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, professional services company looking to double in size year over year.Overview:The Partner Marketing Director for a B2B professional services firm is a strategic role responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive partner engagement, enhance partner relationships, and increase revenue through joint marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and strong relationship management skills.RequirementsDevelop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s business goals.Identify and prioritize key partners to maximize growth opportunities and revenue.Create levels or tiers of marketing programs to categorize partners based on their engagement, performance, and the benefits they receive.Partner Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the primary marketing point of contact.Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing plans, ensuring mutual goals are met.Program Development and ExecutionDevelop and implement best practices for partner marketing program success.Design and execute joint marketing programs, campaigns, and events to drive demand and generate leads.Oversee the development of co-branded marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, webinars, and presentations.Plan and execute the partner marketing calendar of events, content, and outreach.Performance MeasurementSet KPIs and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on performance and ROI.Use data and analytics to refine strategies and improve results.Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and customer success) to align partner marketing efforts with overall company objectives.Facilitate communication and coordination between partners and internal stakeholders.Market InsightsProvide insights and feedback to partners on market trends and opportunities.Budget ManagementManage the partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.Negotiate co-marketing budgets and investments with partners.Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred.Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles within a B2B professional services environment.Skills:• Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs.• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and tactics.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing technologies.Personal Attributes:• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Reports To:

Formal compensation offers are based on the final candidate's qualifications and experience. For the position of Channel Partner Manager, the expected compensation is between $125,000 to $150,000 on an annual basis. This is an FLSA-exempt position and is not eligible for overtime pay.
