JOB SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager of Partnership Marketing is to oversee the implementation and activation of assigned corporate partnership accounts, strengthening relationships by providing excellent customer service. The goal is to maximize the return on investment for each partner while supporting team profitability and marketing goals. This position will also play an active project management role in various initiatives to further new business development efforts of the partnership team as well as reporting functions to increase efficiency and satisfy internal requirements.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage partnership on-boarding, understand partner's goals, and develop marketing programs.Identify ways to generate incremental revenue through upsell and renewal discussions.Coordinate with internal departments and increase partner participation in marketing programs.Manage documentation and reporting obligations associated with partnership accounts.Provide excellent customer service to partners.Manage partnership recap process.Participate in department initiatives and manage shared responsibilities.Oversight of partnership marketing coordinators and support special projects.Assist sales team in new partner generation.Conduct research, update materials, manage partnership launch, and identify revenue opportunities.Educate on industry best practices and trends.Understand NFL rules related to partnerships.Contribute to the team effort.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSResume and Cover LetterBachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of sports marketing experience.Ability to interact with senior-level executives.Prior management experience.Experience with YouGov, Nielsen, CRM systems, and/or Ticketmaster.Self-motivated with willingness to learn.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to work all home Broncos games and keep a flexible schedule.Understands Broncos Corporate Partnership business.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Detail oriented with strong organization skills.PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITYExperience working under pressure.Engaging and outgoing.Professional demeanor.Service-oriented mindset.Committed to teamwork.Ability to calculate figures and amounts.In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $87,000 - $92,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
