Fluent in the business of insurance, you will partner with product, underwriting and marketing colleagues to help elevate the brand and deliver impactful messaging to brokers and insureds.The ideal candidate is well versed in modern digital marketing and communication tools, and has experience working in the insurance industry.This role will report to the Director of Marketing, InsuranceYour impactProactively manage and support integrated insurance product marketing campaigns across digital, field and direct marketing channels.Play a key role in supporting all marketing initiatives for underwriting, including appetite changes, new product launches, and At-Bay’s transition to a fully stacked insurer.Collaborate with product and underwriting teams to support the creation and deployment of marketing content for our core products.Provide direction and support of our participation in Insurance industry association awards and employee spotlights; as well as the creation of speaking proposals for all industry events and conferences.Manage and coordinate all marketing needs related to insurance events and conferences, including the creation of email invitations, event materials, promotional items, talking points, and providing off and on-site support during the event.In this role we value7+years experience in commercial insurance marketing and communications or similar fieldCollaborative and positive attitude with a strong ability to bring people togetherThrives under pressure and can handle multiple projects in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment, while maintaining meticulous attention to detailOur estimated base pay range for this role is $120,000-$160,000 per year. Base salary is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to market data, location, internal equitability, domain knowledge, experiences and skills.
