Worked with Skilljar or similar learning platformExperienced technical, innovative education specialistAudit current curriculum for updating and creating an impactful, interactive experienceCustomer/technical education experience including education training, planning, delivery and development including communicationYou will also review and integrate technical documentation as neededPassion for training and technology and can think outside of the box to help us scale.Help design and implement gamification with missions and badges, incentivizing users to level up across their learning journeysPassion for empowering builders and fostering a collaborative learning environment10+ years of experience with 5 years of direct experience in developing and delivering technical education programs.Collaborate with subject-matter-experts and learning architects to scope needs for new courses and updates to existing ones.Experience with Graph/AI/Vector DB preferredExperience with the creation of instructor guides and “train the trainers” educationFunction as a company-wide thought leader and subject-matter-expert on curriculum development principles and best practicesProvide answers and support to the Support Team for issues related to our coursesNice to Haves:

Experience with topics related to big data engineering such as data streaming, pipeline optimization, deployment, and data securityReasonable proficiency in at least one of Java, C#, Python, Go, C, Node.js, RustFamiliarity with database technologies, ideally NoSQL.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-makingFamiliarity with at least one common cloud provider (AWS or Google Cloud)[Preferred] Experience designing and developing highly technical training based on instructional design best practicesAbility to work with our Director of Technical Enablement who manages our AcademyAerospike is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
