Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid- Monday to Wednesday Onsite/ Week)Duration: 1 Months (Possible Extension)Job SummaryThis position is responsible for supervising the creation of localized trailers and other Marketing materials to support our feature campaigns.This includes all project supervision, order supervision, graphics creation, purchase order issuance and invoice reconciliation.Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:Work with Managers and Exec Director to establish localization schedules.Assess workflows with vendors taking into account specific requirements and schedules of any given trailer.Evaluate specific territory requirements and how those impact schedules and workflows, including continuous communication with individual Intu2019l distribution offices.Supervise schedules with vendors, supplying clear deadlines for localization to the vendors and tracking all changes in schedules or creative versions; establish how these changes affect localization schedules.Work with vendors to change localization schedules or workflows as needed.Track materials by maintaining accurate information for the status of any given element ensuring that all deadlines are being upheld.Supervise receipt of final English materials and supply them to various vendors for localization of assets.Supervise graphics revisions by tracking Marketingu2019s creative changes while trailer is in-progress, and in turn work with territory office and graphics vendor to maintain the most current creative look and language.Meticulously track all versions and revisions of foreign language graphics checkers; approved and finalized graphics should be saved and shared for vendor reference.Oversee trailer subtitle translation and trailer DCP mastering, keeping all vendors on deadline through any changes or iterations of trailer content.Order foreign language dubbed trailer audio with Paramountu2019s Dubbing Group and confirm receipt of dubbed materials by all applicable vendors.Order and review of English Dialogue and Spotting list for dubbing and subtitling of each Trailer asset.Issue purchase orders aProductst budgets with corresponding coding as needed.Reconcile invoices aProductst PO to ensure invoices are processed correctly as needed.Research and resolve blocked invoices as required.Quality control review as needed for marketing materials.Qualifications/SkillsBasic qualifications:Bacheloru2019s Degree preferredMinimum 2 years relevant work experienceProficiency with Word, Excel, and internet softwareDesired skills:Strong communication skillsExperience in Entertainment IndustrySelf-motivated, self-starterAble to thrive and work efficiently in a hybrid work-from-home/on-site environmentBasic post production knowledgeStrong knowledge of Intu2019l servicingAbility to adapt quickly to new workflows and software
