This position will support the Content team in ensuring client objectives are maintained throughout the production process and execution. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.Job Responsibilities:Assist under Content team as a production contact for pre-production, production and postAssist Content Team in the vetting of initial production plans to ensure each production has the necessary details accounted and planned forCreate, distribute, and process all onboarding paperwork for freelance vendors, and external production companiesTrack, manage, and process Purchase Orders and Expense reimbursementsCreate, File, and track all Appearance, Location and Material releasesSource gear, locations, PPE, props, research vendors and review proposalsBe available to conduct site visits in addition to being on set during shoot daysCreate and distribute schedules and call sheets to ensure shoot details have been communicated to all interested partiesProcess requests for insurance certificatesApply for and obtain film permits when requiredIn coordination with Production team, communicate with Creative Producers to keep them abreast of any production-related issuesRecommend and implement process improvements to better coordinate project detailsSit in on all meetings and take notes to ensure full visibility to the projectSchedule and coordinate initial kick-off and ongoing production meetings for productionsCreate, update, and proactively maintain inward and outward-facing production documentsTrack and manage production schedule, monitor progress and proactively communicate status of all projects to Head of Production and Executive Producer on an ongoing basisQualifications:1 - 3 years hands on experience in production, including at least 1 year as a Production CoordinatorFamiliarity with production workflowsAbility to respond after hours for important, timely, or urgent mattersTeam-player who can operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to be discrete and maintain confidential informationAbility to prioritize tasks and respond accordinglyIntellectual curiosity; ensuring you're up-to-date on current production processesStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitaskMust be organized with strong attention to detailRequirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the timeMust be able to work outdoors in various weather conditionsHave a valid Driver's LicenseRegularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier itemsLocation:We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York.
