Digital Marketing Data Analytics (Performance Marketing) Specialist [Job Summary]

You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth. To be successful as a Digital Marketing specialist, you must keep abreast of industry innovations and trends.
[Job Description]The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on increasing conversion rates, ROI, and revenue.
The candidate will have a core understanding of media metrics and the ability to report, QA, and implement across performance marketing channels.
- Help manage and monitor budgets, bids, and pacing across multiple channels, including social and display- Support campaign performance reporting and analysis across traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics, and dimensions such as audience and creative- Utilize data-driven insights to make optimization recommendations (e.g. adjusting targeting, messaging, and creative)- Assisting in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals- Manage creative uploads and mapping across performance channels- Assist in conducting A/B tests and other experiments to improve campaign performance- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics- Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategies- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
[Qualifications]- Minimum of 2 years experience in SEO/digital marketing or/and 3 years experience data analytic related background- Outstanding customer service skills, in any industry- Strong understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager- Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights- Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords- Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders- Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI- Outstanding presentation skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong project management skills- Critical thinker and creative- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
