WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Performance Marketing Manager at Vegamour, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our paid media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Video and Display. This role requires a detail-oriented, data-driven and creatively-minded professional who can drive new customer traffic and acquisition, enhance our online presence and increase conversions. You will be responsible for driving key business KPIs across your channels, most notably CAC. This position will be responsible for the day to day strategy and execution of Paid channels, including budget management, reporting, creative briefing, testing, etc. You will work closely with other internal partners, especially analytics, creative and influencer teams, and our external agencies. You will report directly to the Director, Performance Marketing.
This is a full-time position and can be remote or based in Los Angeles, CA (hybrid, 2-3 days per week in-office).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across Paid Search (Google, Bing), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Affiliates, Video (Youtube, OTT) and Display networks.
Ad Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data to derive actionable insights and make informed recommendations for ongoing optimization. Understand and optimize the key drivers of CAC through analytics and data-driven insights.
Budget Management: Manage budgets across campaigns and channels, ensuring efficient spending to achieve desired CAC.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continually optimize ad performance and improve overall effectiveness.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure Vegamour remains competitive in the digital landscape.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of experience in paid media management, with a strong focus on paid social and video advertising
Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and OTT channels
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, etc.).
Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Target Base Salary Range $75K - $99K. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, location and experience.
