Manage and mentor a team of full-stack developers, in a fast-paced, quick-to-market environmentSet the strategy, build a roadmap, create measurable goals, and lead your team to deliverCollaborate with Product, Operation, Data Science and Engineering teams, and executive stakeholdersEvaluate the technical trade-offs of major decisions and be a strong technical mentorHire, grow and retain high-performing team membersKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Background with building high availability and mission-critical systemsExperience with leading an engineering teamAbility leading and executing large, complex technical initiativesMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelors in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience8+ years of experience working in software engineering2+ years of experience managing a teamExperience with distributed systems and web developmentPreferred Qualifications:

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : The base salary range for this position is $222,000-$333,000 annually.Zone B : The base salary range for this position is $211,000-$316,000 annually.Zone C : The base salary range for this position is $189,000-$283,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
