Magazine and one of Forbes’ Best Startup Employers.About the RoleThis role is open to candidates residing in any of the following cities: New York City, Boston, Washington DC, Atlanta, Miami or Chicago.We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Industrious. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day execution of our Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, in addition to other acquisition marketing tactics. The role will combine "hands-on-keyboard" campaign execution with the ability to strategize and optimize performance marketing campaigns that feed our sales funnel.The ideal candidate will have a strong background driving acquisition via Search & Social, while maintaining a keen eye for finding other new and exciting ways to bring qualified leads into an onboarding pipeline. This may include some of the following channels: Programmatic Media, Out Of Home, Direct Mail, and Audio.What sets this role apart from other “Performance” or “Acquisition” roles in the marketplace is that we believe building demand for our business feeds our acquisition engine so you will have the opportunity and be empowered to expand outside of channels and tactics that are traditionally pure-play acquisition or search.Reporting directly to our Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, you’ll work closely with local operations teams in our 60+ markets across the US to optimize spend to suit business needs. You’ll also have oversight and management into our growing international footprint, giving you the chance to work with global stakeholders with abundant internal visibility.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee and optimize Paid Search & Social campaigns across the US and International Markets, incorporating advanced analytics and reporting frameworks.Develop and execute performance marketing strategies including the implementation of deep data analysis and construction of comprehensive reports.Utilize insights from detailed reporting to identify trends and optimize strategies for the maximum impact on marketing objectives.Deliver consistent weekly and monthly performance presentations for Leadership, Sales, and Marketing teamsAssume a pivotal role in evaluating and implementing new acquisition channels, including Direct Mail, Digital Out of Home, and Digital Audio.Efficiently manage and allocate market-specific US budgets, ensuring optimal distribution of funds across various channels and campaigns, providing transparency and accountability to the Finance team.Lead the strategy for market-specific Search and Social campaigns in EU/UK markets and guide decisions and improve conversion ratesExhibit a strong and informed perspective on Landing Page optimization – both in terms of testing and design – within our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) framework.Work alongside our Marketing Operations teams to optimize lead flow journeys via Hubspot.Job Requirements:4+ years of experience managing paid search and social campaigns -- with hands-on keyboard experience in the Google and Meta platforms.Prior management of a $5M+ annual budget for a fast scaling, high-growth business.Experience reporting on campaign performance and generating actionable recommendations for optimizing campaigns.Familiarity with Web Testing platforms (such as Intellimize, Optimizely, Hotjar, Google Optimize, Crazy Egg, VWO) with a track record of conceiving and implementing A/B tests.Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams consisting of senior-level colleagues.4-year college degree is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:The annual base compensation range for this role is between $95,000 and $105,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.You will also be eligible for an annual bonus calculated based on individual and company performance.Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package that may be available to employees.
