Senior Director, Regional Marketing, Americas

What You Will Do to Drive Impact

Lead, coach, and cultivate a high-performing team of marketing professionals across the Americas.

Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with GTM leaders and stakeholders to share insights, set market priorities, and communicate quarterly plans and performance.

Create and manage a regional GTM strategy and execution plan to drive quarterly results across segments and contribute to overall awareness, new logo acquisition and marketing sourced pipeline.

Identify new opportunities and adjust plan to address market trends, and customer engagement to remain agile and competitive in market.

Accelerate customer engagement for new logos and existing customer base.

Land campaigns and targeted programs in region which align to global marketing priorities for a connected customer journey.

Execute a mix of virtual and live prospect and customer events that evangelize the brand, drive customer awareness and education for AI and cybersecurity innovation and increase engagements, meetings, and conversions across every stage of the customer journey.

Implement channel and strategic alliance marketing initiatives aligned to worldwide strategy.

Deliver operational and fiscal responsibility by managing systems, processes, and budgets.

Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews across key KPIs and metrics for the organization.

What Skills and Experiences You Need

10+ years combined marketing experience preferably in demand generation and/or field and partner marketing in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

Tangible regional marketing experience working with field sales, channel and alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams.

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field

Proven team leadership experience with more than 8 years of team management cultivating and developing individuals and teams with a desire to make others great.

Expertise in project, program, and event management, with strong demonstratable operational and organization skills and mastery of planning & execution frameworks

Ability to drive operational excellence and fiscal responsibility across the team.

Performance expertise measuring key KPIs, metrics, and insights to accelerate business outcomes.

Effective written, verbal, and presentation communications skills

Willing to travel up to 30%.
