Oversee all functions and production of graphics in both printing and tailoring. Ensure high-quality products that match client requests.
Quality Control - Oversee and execute the following: Quality control incoming art files for graphics, checking for clarity, bleed, color etc. Print graphic and conduct further quality control on the print for tailoring.
Oversee and execute the following: Finish the graphic, depending on type (laminating, cutting, trimming, etc.), and prepare for warehouse to receive for set-up or pack-down. If vinyl, apply to area on which the graphic will go.
Oversee and execute the following: Measure hardware on which graphic is being used to ensure sizing is correct. Test fit within department or pass along for warehouse to test fit, depending on job and required steps. Doublecheck measurements of actuals against given sizing in paperwork. Calculate measurements needed in production, given that different materials react differently.
Ensure efficient allocation of personnel based on service orders, shipping dates, and current workforce capacity.
Manage project timelines and workflow, guiding team members on the next steps for each project and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during graphics/tailoring production. Oversee the packing and setup of builds, conducting quality checks to ensure adherence to production drawings and overall quality standards. Track and document departmental metrics and report on progress.
