With a pre-eminent global brand and distribution, CRS delivers industry-leading products, advanced services and payment systems that address clients’ evolving needs.The CRS Marketing Team is charged with building CRS’s prowess across several marketing disciplines to deliver business model expansion and revenue growth for our franchise and partners. To drive these goals, the team is focused on successfully integrating credit strategies and promotions within our Merchant Partners’ customer shopping journeys and evolving key capabilities to drive increased sales, new account acquisitions, receivables growth, digital adoption and cardmember retention, for our Merchant Partners.The Head of Citi Retail Services Partner Marketing will report to the Head of Marketing for the U.S. Personal Bank and will be responsible for defining the overarching CRS Marketing strategy (including Go-To-Market strategies) in close connection with our partners to drive acquisition, cardmember engagement, loyalty, and usage. The individual in this role will lead teams closely integrated with Partner Management and our Merchant Partners to ensure a cohesive cross-franchise plan of record which delivers meaningful contributions (accounts, sales, receivables, and revenue) for CRS and our partners. The Head of CRS Partner Marketing will specifically drive a cross functional team consisting of General Managers, Partner CMOs, Analytics, Credit Risk, Finance and Marketing Operations to deliver B2B2C, B2C, and Drive-To-Common strategies, define program contributions, enact key performance indicators, ensure efficient program development, execution, and delivery against stated goals.ResponsibilitiesDirect, design and implement a comprehensive product marketing lifecycle which may include identification of market potential, establishing of pricing/market strategies, estimation of sales/new accounts, introduction to market (Go-To-Market), assessment of distribution/channels, and definition of promotional activities and management of product/offers through launch.Manage a team of Senior Marketing Executives responsible for the development and execution of identified Merchant Partner marketing plans.Develop and gain support for the annual CRS Plan of Record including key performance indicators (acquisitions, sales, receivables, revenue, ROTCE).Engage and align with Merchant Partner organizations to ensure all initiatives are grounded in partner sales journeys and are accretive to partner growth initiatives while appropriately pursuing investments which drive digital strategies to support new account and sales growth.Work in close collaboration with Partner Management, Analytics, Risk, Marketing Operations, Digital, Technology, Finance and Legal to define new growth opportunities and ensure program delivery and alignment across key stakeholders.Create a multi-year vision for best-in-class customer engagement strategies and new account growth capabilities including support, requirements, and contributions.Integrate with Partner General Managers to ensure strategies and deliverables are fully aligned with Partner needs.Align with Marketing Delivery to ensure all marketing interventions leverage common strategies, reduce complexity, and align with Citi governance standards.Ensure articulation, alignment, adoption, and delivery of initiatives which drive meaningful, consistent, repeatable, and scalable results for CRS and our partners.Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervising the activity of others and creating accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications15+ years of experience in performance marketing leading teams, including 10+ years of managerial experience.Previous work within Financial Services along with deep expertise in the intersection of retail and credit preferred.Demonstrable history of driving results and executional excellence. Strategic thinker who can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then effectively execute on those plans.Strong analytical acumen and deep understanding of lending and B2B2C business models and point-of-sale strategies.Deep experience in digital marketing including how to create breakthrough marketing and client experiencesAbility to command an audience and persuade retail C-suite executives and leaders of Citi’s capabilities and performance.Decisive, action-oriented, and able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams in different geographies and across multiple business units.A strong leader and excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations and tradeoffs to senior executives.Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and get the job done.Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and organization.------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Product Management and Development ------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Product Management ------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time ------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$250,000.00 - $500,000.00
