Position Summary:

The Director of Patient Marketing is one of the most critical roles in the Commercial organization at Braeburn. The position is highly collaborative and interacts with similar individuals across all functional areas within the organization including sales, market access, business operations, corporate communications, government affairs, medical and manufacturing.

The Director of Patient Marketing must possess a deep understanding of patient needs, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical industry and demonstrate the ability to maneuver within a dynamic, changing environment. This individual will lead the development and execution of patient-centric marketing strategies to enhance patient engagement, education, and adherence to support continued success of the company's flagship product (launched in September 2023).

Specific Duties:Create and implement comprehensive patient marketing strategies that align with overall brand and corporate objectivesDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events that optimize brand benefits with patientsDevelop programs and initiatives to improve patient education, support, and adherenceWork closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, medical, regulatory, legal, sales, business operations, patient access support, and agency partners, to ensure cohesive and compliant marketing effortsCollaborate with the PRC team to ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, medical validity and supported by brand labelingGenerate customer insights through participation in both qualitative and quantitative market research programs to understand patient needs, preferences, and behaviorsDrive for timely, cost-effective execution in all patient marketing activities including market research, product promotion and communications, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROIKey Competencies:

A deep understanding of specialty pharmaceutical market dynamics and stakeholdersA demonstrated ability to maneuver within a dynamic, changing environmentAbility to integrate input from key stakeholders and take a long-term view of brand strategies and tacticsAbility to efficiently manage agency partners to deliver high quality brand creative and market shaping tactics that effectively communicate brand benefits to HCPs and patientsEducation/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plusA minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience with at least 3 years' experience in patient healthcare marketingSpecific marketing experience for specialty brands with complex acquisition processesPrior experience in and collaboration with sales, sales management and/or market access is essential
