Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Executive and Internal Communications Consultant:Supports the development and implementation of communications strategies and platforms for C-Suite leadership.Oversees the creation and production of essential company-wide communications, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person all-employee Town Halls.Assists in designing internal communication strategies and materials for major company initiatives.Works in partnership with various cross-functional teams to craft targeted communication programs.Develops informative and engaging content, including key messages, all-employee communications, executive presentations, digital content, and internal storytelling, to support the organization's business and cultural goals.Required Skills for the Senior Executive and Internal Communications Consultant:
4+ years of internal communications and executive consulting background, with healthcare or insurance industry experience.Bachelors degree in communications, organizational effectiveness, journalism or business communications preferred.Must be comfortable working PST hours.Prior experience working with Executive and C-Suite leadership.What's in it for you?
