In this role, you will define the content strategy and calendar to bring our vision and story to life with our sales teams and in customer campaigns. You will work with internal and external partners on cornerstone collateral, and author a regular cadence of “just in time” content pieces.

Your role:

Develop omnichannel content strategy plans closely aligned to business goals and target audiences.

Own the short- and long-term content calendar with the ability to quickly pivot and produce content for immediate and urgent needs.

Collaborate with design, campaign and events teams to develop consistent and clear messaging across experiences, channels and campaigns.

Research topical industry trends and generate innovative content ideas.

Source internal and external experts to develop compelling points-of-view.

Localize global campaign and collateral toolkits and measure impact, identify rich areas of customer interest and amplify.

You're the right fit if:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in content and/or marketing. Agency experience preferred.

Your skills include digital and print content strategy, digital and print content creation, content audits, gap analyses, value propositions, developing personas, crafting messaging frameworks, expert in best SEO practices, and aligning business objectives, KPIs and target audience segments.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

You’re an results oriented, commercial thinker with a bias for action with a history of success in a complex matrix environment.
