A global e-commerce company is looking for a highly skilled UX Researcher to join us as a hands-on leader. This role will involve leveraging cutting-edge technology and methods for customer research, advancing research as a discipline, and driving advocacy across the entire organization. You will guide individuals and teams through the research process, establish best practices, and advocate for research on a daily basis.Rate: $70-75HR based on experienceResponsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive research plans to meet defined objectives.Choose the appropriate mix of qualitative and quantitative methods based on priorities, questions, timelines, and resources.Explore innovative approaches to customer experiences through research and design thinking.Design, conduct, and analyze various research studies, including usability, remote, field studies, and surveys.Analyze user data and present actionable insights for product improvements.Collaborate with UX Design on usability studies and testing.Present research findings, recommendations, and solutions to senior leadership.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years leading user research projects with demonstrated impact.Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.Passion for advocating on behalf of users.Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.Demonstrated experience through a strong portfolio (study plans, reports, visual artifacts).Expertise in end-to-end research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting).Exceptional skills in behavioral data collection and analysis.Hands-on experience with remote user testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, and survey design.Experience with UserTesting.com or UserZoom.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
