Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and experience in video operations, WebEx support, inventory management, digital signage, and wayfinding technologies. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and support of our video and digital infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities:
Video Operations: Manage and support video conferencing systems to ensure high-quality video communication across the organization.
Webex Level 2 Support Queue: Provide advanced support for Webex users, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Video Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of video equipment, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and timely upgrades or replacements.
Digital Signage Support (AppSpace): Administer and support digital signage solutions using AppSpace, ensuring content is up-to-date and displays function correctly.
Cisco Spaces Wayfinding Support: Provide support for Cisco Spaces wayfinding solutions, assisting with navigation tools and ensuring effective user experiences.
Education and Experience Required:
Minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience
Education and Experience Preferred:
Experience with the Cisco video collaboration suite
