If so, we want to hear from you!What you'll be doing...As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be a key marketer for the fashion, beauty, and home verticals, spearheading strategy for net new business, while meeting the demands of category-specific RFP proposals in collaboration with sales and creative counterparts.Thorough client knowledge within the fashion, beauty and home categories will be crucial to effectively partner with sales and clients. This person will play an important role in developing go-to-market materials and pricing that will allow Future to win in the fashion, beauty and home markets. The Integrated Marketing Manager will be a self-starter, highly proactive and a cross-functional collaborator.Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent degree).5+ years proven experience working within a media company, advertising agency, or brand.Extensive knowledge of the fashion, beauty, and home media landscape.Experience leading internal brainstorms, crafting presale client proposals, incorporating data/insights, creative storytelling and developing strategic packaging that will deliver against key KPIs.Excellent communication, organizational, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.High level of energy and attention to detail.Ability to both work independently and be a team player.Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities.Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative concepts.Client facing pitch experience.Solid experience in MS Office/Google Suite including spreadsheets and pitch decks/presentations.Ability to manage direct working relationships with sales and clients.What’s in it for you…We have a number of awesome perks available to our staff.
