It’s one of the fastest growing and most innovative aspects of e-commerce, and brands are investing big time.Here’s where you come in. One of the largest e-commerce companies in the U.S. is building out their retail media business, and they need you to come in as their Design Lead to drive the look and feel of this media and ad ecosystem. To land this role, you’ll need to be a strong UX/UI designer who can create visual impact through a fashion-forward lens. The majority of this company’s online sales are fashion and beauty, so they want to create an aesthetically- appropriate home.You’ll be the creative lead on everything from premium and custom campaign landing page designs to other digital ads and assets. As the Design Lead, you’ll also provide overall visual direction for multi-brand campaigns and communicate with clients and the in-house photo studio to ensure aesthetic standards are being maintained across creative assets.Why You?How you’ll know if you’re a fit…This is a hands-on role that’s perfect if you’re a Lead or Senior Designer who wants to position yourself for your next big step up to Art Director. We’re also very open to someone who’s an Art Director now – as long as you like to still get your hands dirty and want to learn a few new tricks.The ideal candidate will have experience at a top fashion or beauty brand creating elegant digital assets. We’re also open to candidates working at hypergrowth DTC brands that have strong performance-marketing goals. if you’re already working in retail media, then we absolutely want to speak with you. And the same goes if you’re at a digital agency building assets for any of the aforementioned kinds of companies.Your portfolio must be full of modern and upscale design work. You have worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help elevate retail or beauty brands and lines by providing design solutions that keep the customer journey at the core. You’re quick under pressure and able to multitask in various scenarios, while also making design standards your ultimate focus. You’re passionate about fashion, visual arts, and technology. As a designer, you are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and responsive web design.
