Salary range: $120,000 to $145,000 per year

They are seeking a Senior UX Designer to create impactful products and enhance their holistic design system.
Your responsibilities will include planning and managing all design and research projects, sharing insights organization-wide, balancing consistency with customization, and ensuring UX remains holistic, desirable, and user-centered through data and feedback.
What’s required to qualify for an interview?
- Effective Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, and confidently present to executive teams.
- Expert-Level Design Portfolio: Must include site maps, user flows, and prototypes (both low and high fidelity).
- Proactive, Data-Driven Problem Solving: Ability to analyze data to identify challenges and develop solutions, focusing on overall progress.
- Design Stewardship Spirit Animal: Capacity to understand and visualize multiple user scenarios and states simultaneously.
