About the role...

Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Marketing, the Partnership Marketing Manager, focuses on engaging in new partnerships to determine if they are a fit for Road Scholar. The Manager will oversee from first engagement to campaign completion while assessing project performance and making decisions based on this data. Providing a key link between strategic thinking and senior team members directly responsible for developing marketing tactics. The Manager is responsible for managing the production and performance of multiple marketing campaigns, specifically Partnership campaigns from concept to delivery including print collateral, digital and advertising. Occasionally the Manager will be required to manage direct mail print campaigns that follow a similar method as the Partnership production process. The Manager ensures all projects are completed successfully by establishing the necessary requirements with the partner, creating and overseeing the implementation plans, consistently reviewing project performance and budget to make decisions while working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Road Scholar offers a remote-first work environment. The compensation range for this exempt level salaried position is $58.750 - $70,000.

Seek out and engage with potential new partners to determine if they align with our goals and marketing needsDefine project’s scope, goals, budget ,requirements, deliverables, detailed tasks and performance metricsMonitor the brand awareness survey, MicroStrategy report & Google Analytics on a monthly basis to determine what partners we continue to work withManage partners to insure adherence to estimated pricing, timelines and qualityInitiate and lead problem resolution process internally and with partners to ensure timely resolution of issuesBuild project budgets and perform reconciliation after job completion ensuring project adheres to budgetCreate schedules and tracking mechanisms primarily based on existing templates and processes using systems including scheduling software, Excel and intranet, create new templates and processes where necessaryDevelop detailed project plans to monitor, track progress from start to finishManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costsFacilitate meetings, create and maintain project documentation ensuring specifications, deadlines and deliverables are accurately communicated to internal and external resources, route deliverables for approvalCoordinate resources and manage production process from concept to deployment ensuring projects are completed on schedule; maintain on-time accountabilityConsistently look for ways to improve internal processes to facilitate timely production and deadlinesAdditional duties related to marketing projects as assignedYou need...

Bachelor’s degree preferred, with minimum 2-4 years direct marketing experienceUnderstanding of budget creation and managementDemonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up; extremely accurate; demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize tasksAbility to self-monitor to ensure completion of projects on time; can deal effectively with unexpected demands; flexible.Polished written, verbal, email and phone communicatorComputer literate; experience with project management or scheduling software a plus; ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently requiredBe highly organized, and have the ability to thrives in fast-paced, busy environmentWhy join the Road Scholar Team...
