Our client, a well-known fashion brand, is searching for a temporary Apparel Graphic Designer to elevate their boys line. This role is contract but has the potential to go permenant.Responsibilities:Create and design various materials for digital and printSelect colors, fonts, images, and layoutsEnsure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality productCollaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating graphicsWork with a wide range of media and graphic design softwareEstablish creative direction for the company within brand guidelinesManage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictionsDetermine voice and messaging for graphic design piecesCreate visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the projectCoordinate and unify creative execution of productManage creative and technical development of product within merchandise assortment strategyResearch seasonal trends, themes, color, raw materials, and stylingCollaborate with Merchandising, Production, and Technical Design to achieve product execution and maintain design integrityCreate design card tech packsApproval of lab dips and fabric/yarn submitsOverseas travel for trade exhibitions, design research, and to supervise product developmentRequirements:4-5 years Design experienceHigh taste level and creative abilityAbility to manage, coach, and develop othersKnowledge of seasonal silhouette and color trendsStrong illustration/presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervisionDetail oriented, good follow throughStrong organizational, communication, and written skillsProficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and ExcelBA Fashion DesignPlease submit your resume & portfolio for considerationYou can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting .
