The Sales and Marketing Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by providing accurate and timely sales forecast reports that are often used to provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. This position requires a diligent individual with strong analytical and collaboration skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. This is a hybrid role requiring three days in the Orlando, FL office OR in Queretaro, MX and 2 days remote!
How You’ll Make an Impact
SalesForecasting: Develop and maintain monthly and annual sales forecasts,ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
BusinessMetrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate theeffectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
FutureMarket Analysis: Support the develop of future market analysis for thebusiness based on trends, patterns and opportunities for growth.
Reporting:Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findingsand recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration:Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather data andensure alignment on business objectives.
ProcessImprovement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance theefficiency and accuracy of sales and marketing activities.
AdHoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to supportbusiness needs
What You Bring
Bachelorof Science Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, orMarketing or similar degree required.
8+years of experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, orMarketing or similar field/industry is required; 8+ years of experience inthe power and energy industry, is preferred.
Candidateswith more years of experience may be eligible for a more senior levelposition.
Strongproject management skills with the ability to lead and coordinatecross-functional teams.
Proficiencyin written and verbal communication; effective approach in team settings.
Results-orienteddemeanor with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
