Work closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UI and UX designers- Establish and maintain a comprehensive UX research roadmap- Define and implement effective interaction design and information architectureInstitute strategies to conduct regular user discoveries to understand user needs and behaviors- Implement usability testing strategies to gather actionable insights- Facilitate agile discovery and design processes to ensure user-centric product developmentThe duties and responsibilities outlined above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time based on business needs.

Minimum Salary: 175000 Maximum Salary: 215000 Salary Unit: Yearly
