Reference #: 11674 An excellent opportunity has opened within Macquarie Asset Management to work closely with our retail and institutional sales platform to prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) for prospective clients. While the position will primarily support our Europe, Middle East, and Africa business, our team operates in a global manner and this role will often assist with demand for United States requests.

As a Request for Proposal (RFP) writer, you will complete RFP, DDQ, and ad-hoc questionnaires for prospective and existing institutional and retail clients based in Europe, Middle East, or Africa. You will form and cultivate relationships with major financial areas of the organization (investment teams, sales, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, HR) to drive, coordinate, and facilitate input and develop response information for new business initiatives. Additionally, you will be a champion for our Request for Proposal process, ensure technology is being leveraged to maximize process efficiency, and adhere to timeframes to ensure deadlines are met.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field, plus 3-5 years of related work experience managing RFP or DDQ Understanding of investment management strategies across various asset classes and demonstrated experience in working with investment and sales partners Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and accustomed to working with a global team, both in-person and virtually Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in RocketDocs or similar repository.
